We are excited that you would like to submit your
story to the NO GARBAGE TRUCKS!™ Story Contest!
You are helping us spread the word through your
good example. You are using The Law of the Garbage
Truck™ and your success following it will inspire
others to do the same.
Your submission qualifies you for consideration
in the NO GARBAGE TRUCKS!™ Story Contest! You may
be chosen to win the following prizes:

1st Prize - $400 in cash plus $100 in gifts
from the Beware of Garbage Trucks!™ Store. Excerpts
of your story may also be published in David
J. Pollay’s syndicated newspaper column.

Your story may also be published, drawing more
attention to your story; thereby, helping others
learn from your example.
You are granting The Happiness Answer™, LLC, the
license to duplicate, display, transmit, etc.,
your story, in all media. We are requesting these
rights so that your important message can inspire
as many around the world as possible, and for many
years to come.
By clicking the "I ACCEPT" checkbox and 'Submit
Your Story' button below you affirm that this story
is original to you, that you own all necessary
rights to this work, and that the story does not
defame or otherwise violate the rights, copyrights,
trademarks, privacy, or reputation of any third
party.
You grant The Happiness Answer™, LLC, an exclusive,
assignable, royalty-free, perpetual world-wide
permanent license to duplicate, display, distribute,
excerpt, or transmit the story in any format or
media known or hereafter known. The Happiness Answer™,
LLC, shall have the right to own or register copyrights
to any works or compilations created by The Happiness
Answer™, LLC, that contain the story, in whole
or in part.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Happiness
Answer™, LLC, harmless against any claims asserted
by any third parties that allege the story violates
their rights, or from any breach by you of your
promises in this agreement. You shall be responsible
for any costs incurred by The Happiness Answer™,
LLC, for defense or settlement of third- party
claims, including but not limited to The Happiness
Answer™, LLC’s reasonable attorneys' fees.
You understand that submitting a story does not
guarantee that your work will be used, displayed,
or otherwise reproduced. Stories may be archived
for public use, or reproduced in audio form, published
in print or online, or in any other way. The decision
of which and how stories will be used will be at
the sole discretion of The Happiness Answer™, LLC.
If the story is accepted for publication, recording
and/or broadcast, you will be notified.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age
and possess the legal right and ability to enter
into this agreement, or that
you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor who is submitting
the story.
If you have read, acknowledge, and agree to be
bound by each of the terms and conditions in this
agreement, click the “I ACCEPT” checkbox and 'Submit
Your Story' button to complete submission of your
story.
If you do not agree to be bound by each of the
terms and conditions of this agreement, click the
“I DO NOT ACCEPT” link. You will not be allowed
to complete the submission process.
